Founder / Product Manager
I've managed all of the clients and developers that have worked on over 200 published games and apps. I work with a client to create a design document and prototype, find the best contractors to work on it, manage the team, and sometimes code it myself too. After release, I investigate analytics in the games to iterate the design leading to increased ARPU and retention. I've managed up to 17 projects simultaneously. Our web games have over 40 million plays total. Some of mobile games have made it into the Top 10 of the iOS App Store multiple times.

I managed a team of nine artists & nine sound designers team to create assets for up to nine games each month. I lead the UX design and production of High 5’s Video Poker mobile app from preproduction to release. I used Jira, Confluence, Excel, & VBA to create tools that optimized team efficiency to produce more games than the previous year.

As a student working at an educational game studio, I managed a team of other students to create a game to help kids learn how to research. I also gave design input on a game to help fight violence against women in
Africa with the U.N. as the client.

Senior Product Manager (Freelance)
I created wireframes, and developed a prototype for an advergame for the U.S. Army & FOX. The experience was made to promote STEM Army careers within an Independence Day 2 theme. After the UX was complete, I helped the team stay on target through development. We were able to create four missions and social team challenge all within 12 weeks.

Game Designer / Product Manager
I started out as a Content Manager for smaller gaming sites which lead to an increase in traffic to 1 million impressions/day. I was quickly promoted to Lead Game Designer and managed internal and external teams to release one new game every week. When the company moved to Dubai, UAE, I hired and managed the entire internal game development team. I used Unity 3D, AIR, Flash, and GameSalad to code web and mobile games which now have over 20 million plays. I also did various other tasks including community management, branding games, creating trailers and much more.
