Independence Day Resurgence
Client: U.S. Army & FOX
PROCESS
We first started with a list of ten U.S. Army careers that could be turned into mini-games. Then, we created paper prototypes of a few minigames based off each of the careers. I presented the options to the clients to help narrow it down to the best four. Next, we created interactive prototypes of each games using Sketch and Invision. Once the client signed off on the experience, I created extremely detailed functional specs for the developer and QA teams in Omnigraph.

OVERVIEW
The U.S. Army partnered with FOX to task MRM//McCann with creating an advergame to promote STEM careers in the Army with an Independence Day 2 theme. They hired me as the Senior Product Manager contractor for the project.
The ask was to have four missions that promoted different STEM careers and a social team challenge within 10 weeks. With a team of only 12 people, we were able to complete the project and exceed all expectations.

OUTCOME
Despite a lack of resources and time, we finished everything we set out to and the client loved the end product. Our analytics show big increases in traffic to the pages related to the careers we were promoting.
